Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Each Begun Active order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note: During limited-edition launches, sale periods, or high-demand phases, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our quality standards. 🚚✨

Prepaid Orders
✓ Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A ₹100 COD handling fee applies.
This fee is charged by our courier partners for cash collection and processing.

For a faster, seamless, and contactless experience, we recommend choosing prepaid checkout.

Undelivered Orders & Returns to Origin (RTO)

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the order remains undelivered, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our facility.

Upon receiving the returned package:

A refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as Begun Active store credit, depending on your payment selection.
Store credits have no expiry and may be used at your convenience for future purchases.
