Shipping - 

We offer FREE delivery on all orders, because getting your Begun pieces to you should be simple.
Cash on Delivery is available — COD charges apply where applicable.

Returns - 

Didn’t feel quite right? No worries. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, you’ll need to ship the product back to us.

Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the return shipping cost as store credit, up to ₹150.

Store credit will be added to your account and can be used on your next purchase.

Returns will be void if - 

The product tag has been removed

The item fails a hygiene check

There is visible physical damage or signs of use

Returns for Sale Items - 

All items purchased on sale are final sale. No refunds will be issued on discounted or sale items.

However, we do offer a one-time exchange. Here's how it works:

You ship the item back to our warehouse at your own cost.

Once we receive it, we'll ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

Only one exchange per sale item is allowed. No further exchanges or refunds will be processed after that.

All other return conditions (tags intact, hygiene check, no damage or signs of use) still apply.

Found your perfect fit but need a different size?
We offer one size exchange per order — on us. Simple and stress-free.
