1. How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and completing checkout with your details.

2. Can I order via Instagram or WhatsApp?

At this time, orders are best placed through the website checkout. For questions or help, you can always contact us on WhatsApp.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available (₹100 COD handling fee applies).
4. What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails during checkout, please try again or contact customer support via WhatsApp or Email for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

5. How much does shipping cost?

Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery: ₹100 COD handling fee applies.

7. What happens if my order is undelivered?

Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned to us (RTO), a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.

9. How do returns work?

To complete a return:

  • Ship the product back to us.
  • Once received, we’ll refund your return shipping cost as store credit, up to ₹150.

    Store credit will be added to your account and can be used on your next purchase.
10. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes! We offer one size exchange per order — free of charge. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

11. What items are not eligible for return/exchange?

Returns are void if:

  • Tags are removed
  • Product fails hygiene checks
  • Item shows visible signs of use or damage

    Certain items may be final sale and non-returnable — these will be clearly marked at purchase.

12. Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update by email or SMS (if provided). Delivery times vary based on your location.

13. When can I expect my order to arrive?

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on where you are.

14. What fabrics and materials do you use?

We use high-quality performance fabrics designed for comfort and durability. (You can customise this if you want to list specific materials like nylon/spandex, moisture-wicking blends, etc.)

15. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the Size Guide before purchase for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, contact customer support for guidance.
